High-precision composite filter medium

5μm multi-layer gradient glass fiber filter paper efficiently intercepts metal shavings, carbon deposits and oil sludge in compressor lubricating oil, avoiding scratches and abrasion of screw rotors, bearings and core host components.

High temperature and pressure resistant integrated structure

Laser welded metal shell matched with high-temperature nitrile rubber sealing gasket for complete leak prevention. Built-in metal inner support tube stops filter medium deformation under sustained oil pressure impact. Stable working condition: max oil temperature 120°C, working pressure up to 16 bar.

Low flow resistance and long service cycle

Large pleated filtration area brings ultra-low initial pressure drop without adding extra load to the compressor oil circuit. Standard service life is 4000 working hours; replace the filter when differential pressure exceeds 0.06MPa.

Main Applications

Compatible with small and medium oil-injected screw air compressors. Widely applied in mechanical processing, paint spraying, precision electronics, textile, food and pharmaceutical workshops.

Core function: Purify circulating lubricant oil, remove solid impurities in oil, reduce wear of key compressor parts and extend service life of screw host and air-oil separator.
