High temperature & pressure resistant integrated shell

Laser sealed metal housing paired with high-temperature resistant nitrile rubber gaskets eliminates oil bypass leakage. Internal perforated metal support frame prevents filter media deformation under long-term airflow fluctuation. Stable operation range: 60–120°C, max working pressure 20 bar.

Low pressure drop & stable service life

Large filtration area ensures ultra-low initial differential pressure to reduce compressor power loss. Standard service cycle: 3500–4500 running hours. Replace the separator once differential pressure exceeds 0.08MPa.
