Main Features
High Dust-Holding Cellulose Filter Media
Adopts multi-layer deep-pleated imported wood pulp filter paper with 7μm filtration precision, dust interception efficiency up to 99%. It efficiently blocks dust, sand and airborne particles in factory environments. Surface waterproof anti-clog coating prevents filter paper softening under humid working conditions.
Reinforced Sealed Construction
Integrated one-piece PU end caps with full hot melt sealing to stop unfiltered air bypass leakage. Built-in metal inner support tube avoids filter paper collapse under strong intake airflow. Stable operating temperature: -20℃ ~ 80℃.
Low Intake Resistance & Long Service Life
Optimized uniform pleat layout delivers low initial pressure drop, reducing compressor intake load and power consumption. Standard service life is 2000 working hours; replace the filter when intake differential pressure rises obviously.
