High-precision composite filter media

Multi-layer gradient glass fiber filter paper with 5μm filtration precision. It effectively traps metal scraps, carbon deposits and oil sludge in compressor lubricating oil, protecting screw rotors, bearings and precision host parts from scratch and abrasion.

High temperature & pressure resistant spin-on structure

Integrated laser-sealed metal housing equipped with high-temperature resistant nitrile rubber gasket for zero oil leakage. Internal metal support tube prevents filter medium deformation under long-term oil pressure impact. Stable operation at maximum oil temperature 120°C and working pressure 16 bar.

Low flow resistance & long service cycle

Large folded filtration area brings ultra-low initial pressure drop without extra load on the compressor oil circuit. Standard service life reaches 4000 working hours; replace the filter when differential pressure exceeds 0.06MPa.

Convenient threaded installation

Standard spin-on thread design for quick screwing replacement without professional tools. Disposable filter that cannot be cleaned for repeated use.
