Main Features

Adopts imported gradient borosilicate micro glass fiber to capture tiny oil mist particles. Oil separation efficiency reaches 99.9%, residual oil in compressed air controlled ≤3ppm, effectively cutting compressor lubricant consumption. Optimized folding design provides large dirt holding capacity and avoids rapid blockage.

High temperature & pressure resistant spin-on construction

Integrated laser-sealed metal shell with high-temperature resistant nitrile rubber sealing gasket to eliminate oil bypass leakage. Built-in inner metal support tube prevents filter medium deformation under long-term airflow shock. Stable continuous operation at max 120°C, maximum working pressure up to 20 bar.

Low energy loss & long service cycle

Large filtration area delivers ultra-low initial pressure drop to reduce unit power consumption. Standard service life ranges from 3500–4000 running hours; replace the separator once differential pressure exceeds 0.08MPa.

Main Applications
