Adopts imported HV composite fiberglass with multi-stage filtration structure, oil mist separation efficiency reaches 99.9%, residual oil of compressed air ≤3ppm, effectively reduce compressor oil consumption. Surface anti-blocking coating avoids rapid clogging and extends service life.

High temperature & pressure resistant spin-on structure

Laser welded metal end caps and integrated high-temperature resistant sealing gaskets achieve zero leakage. Stable continuous operation under 120°C max temperature and 16bar working pressure. Inner and outer metal support frames prevent filter medium deformation under airflow impact.

Energy-saving & long service cycle

Large filter area keeps low initial pressure drop, saving 15%-20% compressor power consumption. Standard service life up to 6000 running hours; replace when differential pressure exceeds 0.08MPa.

Widely used in machinery processing, paint spraying, electronic assembly, textile, food and pharmaceutical factory compressed air supply systems.
