High-performance multi-layer micro glass fiber filter media
Gradient fine fiberglass captures tiny oil mist particles, oil separation efficiency ≥99.9%, residual oil in compressed air below 3ppm, effectively cutting compressor oil consumption.
High temperature & pressure resistant structure
Inner and outer metal perforated support frames avoid medium deformation under air pressure shocks. High-temperature resistant composite sealing gasket provides full sealing to prevent oil bypass leakage, stable operation at 60–115°C.
Low pressure loss & long service cycle
Large filtration area keeps low initial pressure drop to save unit power consumption. Standard service life is 4000 running hours; replace once differential pressure exceeds 0.08MPa.
Integrated cylindrical built-in structure
Simple installation inside compressor air-oil tank, easy replacement. Disposable element, unable to be cleaned and reused.
