Oil Separators Filters

1311125004 Air Oil Separator

1311125004 Air Oil Separator

Model : 1311125004

Type : Oil Separators Filters

Replacement for : 1311125004

High-temperature oil-air mixture discharged from the compressor airend flows into the air-oil separation tank; large liquid oil droplets sink to the tank bottom via gravity to complete primary separation.Aggregated oil flows down the inner wall of the filter element and drains back to the compressor

Part numbers marked "replacement" are not affiliated with the original manufacture.

Description

Complete Technical Specifications

Filter Media: Multi-layer gradient borosilicate glass fiber composite

Captured Oil Mist Particle Size: 0.1 μm ultra-fine aerosol

Coalescing Separation Efficiency: ≥99.99%

Residual Oil Content of Outlet Compressed Air: ≤3 ppm

Initial Pressure Drop: ≤0.02 MPa

Replacement Alarm Differential Pressure Threshold: ≥0.08 MPa

Working Condition Parameters

Maximum Working Pressure: 16 bar

Medium Operating Temperature: -10°C ~ +120°C

Applicable Medium: Mixture of high-temperature compressed air and compressor lubricating oil mist

Standard Service Lifespan: 3,500–6,000 running hours (clean indoor workshop); Max 3,000 hours for dusty heavy-load environments

Sealing Material: FKM fluororubber flange gasket, high temperature and oil resistant, no leakage

Structural Design Advantages

Double-layer galvanized perforated metal inner & outer support mesh, prevents glass fiber media collapse under long-term high airflow pressure

Central vertical oil return tube: Condensed lubricant automatically drains back to the compressor oil sump for cyclic reuse

Integrated circular metal flange end cap, perfectly matched to DVB series separator tank mounting holes for direct OEM replacement

Dual-stage separation mechanism: Gravity sedimentation for large liquid oil droplets + coalescence filtration for tiny oil mist particles

Working Principle

High-temperature oil-air mixture discharged from the compressor airend flows into the air-oil separation tank; large liquid oil droplets sink to the tank bottom via gravity to complete primary separation.

Aggregated oil flows down the inner wall of the filter element and drains back to the compressor lubrication system through the central oil return pipe.

Clean compressed air without oil mist passes through the central channel of the separator core and is delivered to downstream refrigerated dryers, precision filters and pneumatic production equipment.
