Multi-layer gradient micro glass fiber media efficiently traps tiny oil mist particles. Separation efficiency hits 99.99%, residual oil in compressed air kept below 6ppm, greatly cutting compressor oil consumption.

High temperature & pressure resistance

Laser welded metal shell paired with high-temperature resistant sealing gaskets eliminates leakage risk. Inner and outer metal support frames stop filter media deformation under frequent pressure fluctuations. Stable operation at 60–120°C, max working pressure 10 bar.

Low energy loss & long service life

Large folded filtration area ensures low initial pressure drop to reduce power waste. Standard service cycle reaches 4000 running hours. Replace the filter when differential pressure exceeds 0.08 MPa.
