Working Principle
Mixed air-oil aerosol discharged from compressor rotor enters separator core from outer side. Large oil droplets are blocked and drop back to oil tank directly; micro oil mist penetrates multi-layer glass fiber media, collides and coalesces into bigger liquid oil beads. Collected oil flows down through central built-in siphon tube and returns to compressor oil sump. Dry low-oil compressed air flows out from center pipe to pipeline post-processing filters.
