Working Principle
Compressed air pre-treated by FXF and FXR filters flows into the cartridge from the outer plastic protective frame. The multi-layer ultra-fine glass fiber medium captures 0.01 μm submicron oil mist particles, which collide and coalesce into large liquid droplets. Liquid condensate sinks to the housing bottom drain port and discharges automatically by gravity. Ultra-clean low-oil compressed air flows to activated carbon filters or high-standard precision production equipment.
