Working Principle
Raw compressed air flows into the cartridge from the outer protective mesh. The outer coarse fiber layer traps large solid particles and bulk liquid droplets; inner ultra-fine glass fiber captures 0.1μm submicron oil mist particles, which collide and coalesce into large liquid droplets. Liquid condensate sinks to the housing bottom drain port and discharges automatically by gravity. Moderately purified compressed air flows to downstream ultra-precision filtration equipment for further deep cleaning.
