Main Features
High-efficiency cellulose filter media
Adopts deep-pleated imported wood pulp filter paper with 7μm filtration precision, dust filtration efficiency up to 99%. It effectively blocks sand, dust and suspended particles in factory environment. The surface adopts waterproof anti-block coating to prevent filter paper softening in humid conditions.
Reinforced fully sealed structure
Integrated PU one-piece end caps with full hot melt sealing to avoid bypass of unfiltered air. Built-in metal inner support tube prevents filter paper deformation under strong intake airflow. Operating temperature range: -20℃ ~ 80℃.
Low intake resistance & long service life
Optimized uniform folding layout delivers low initial pressure drop, reducing compressor intake load and energy consumption. Standard service life reaches 2000 working hours; replace the filter when intake differential pressure rises sharply.
