Multi-layer composite adsorption medium
Built-in front 0.01μm micro glass fiber coalescing layer + high-density granular activated carbon bed. It intercepts residual micro oil mist first, then thoroughly adsorbs gaseous oil vapor, hydrocarbon and peculiar smells which coalescing filters cannot eliminate, achieving oil-vapor-free clean air.
Double stainless steel reinforced structure
Inner and outer perforated stainless steel mesh locks filter material firmly, preventing carbon powder leakage and medium deformation under long-term airflow impact. Integrated plastic end caps with integral EPDM sealing rings completely avoid bypass air leakage.
Low pressure drop energy-saving design
Optimized layered layout maximizes effective airflow area to maintain low initial pressure loss, effectively reducing continuous power consumption of air compressors. High-capacity activated carbon extends service cycle and reduces replacement frequency.
