Mandatory Replacement Criteria

Blockage alarm differential pressure: ≥0.08 MPa

Independent central vertical oil return tube design
Coalesced liquid lubricant drains rapidly back to compressor oil sump via dedicated central tube, effectively reducing unit oil consumption and cutting frequent oil refilling costs.
Double-layer metal mesh anti-collapse protection structure
Internal and external perforated steel support mesh prevents fiber media deformation under long-term negative airflow pressure, maintaining stable separation efficiency throughout full service life.
Integrated one-piece NBR threaded sealing ring
Heat-resistant NBR rubber gasket fully bonded to threaded base, eliminates oil leakage at threaded joints under high temperature and pressure, lowering routine maintenance frequency.
Working Principle
High-temperature oil-air mixed gas discharged from screw rotors enters the separator canister from outside to inside.
Large liquid oil droplets sink to the bottom of the canister for primary gravity separation.
Ultra-fine 0.1 μm oil aerosols collide with multi-layer gradient glass fiber media, coalesce into large liquid oil droplets and flow down to the central oil return tube.
Clean compressed air without oil mist flows out from the top of separator to post-treatment dryers and precision pipeline filters; recovered lubricant flows back to compressor oil sump for recycling.
The filter media cannot be cleaned, washed or regenerated. Full canister replacement is required once saturated by carbon sludge and oil contaminants.
