Working Principle
Raw contaminated compressed air flows from outside to inside through gradient glass fiber filter media.
Coarse liquid water droplets and large solid dust particles are trapped by the outer pre-filter layer and drain downward to the filter bowl via gravity.
1 μm oil aerosols and fine solid particles collide with glass fiber filaments, coalesce into large liquid oil droplets and flow down for drainage.
The filter media cannot be cleaned, washed or regenerated. Full element replacement is required once saturated by oil sludge and dust contaminants.
