Working Principle
High-temperature oil-air mixed gas flows into separator outer cavity from compressor oil tank outlet. Large oil droplets settle by gravity for primary separation.
Remaining 0.1 μm ultra-fine oil mist penetrates multi-layer gradient glass fiber media. Tiny oil particles collide, aggregate and coalesce into continuous liquid oil film.
Coalesced lubricant flows downward along filter media, converges into built-in central oil return channel and flows back to compressor oil circuit for recycling.
Clean compressed air with residual oil ≤3 ppm flows out to dryers, precision filters and production pneumatic terminals.
The element cannot be cleaned or regenerated. Once media is saturated with sludge and impurities, differential pressure surges and separation efficiency fails; full replacement is required.
