Working Principle
Residual bulk condensed water and fine solid particles are blocked by outer red hydrophobic foam layer;
Trace micro oil & water aerosols collide and coalesce into large liquid droplets through multi-layer gradient borosilicate micro glass fiber media;
Outer anti-re-entrainment foam prevents coalesced liquid droplets from being re-entrained into high-speed large-volume airflow;
Separated oil and condensate drain down to the filter bowl by gravity and automatic drain valve;
Ultra-dry, trace-low-residual-oil compressed air flows downstream to adsorption dryer or precision production equipment.
