Working Principle

Purified compressed air from QU ultra-high efficiency coalescer flows outside-in through the cartridge:

The front glass fiber layer traps residual tiny oil mist and fine solid contaminants;

Air penetrates the high-density activated carbon foam layer; gaseous oil vapor, volatile organic compounds and odor molecules are fully captured by carbon micropores;

Clean, dry, odorless and oil-free compressed air flows out from the inner support tube to terminal production equipment;

Trace condensed liquid oil captured by the front filter layer drains down to the filter bowl by gravity and automatic drain valve.
