Working Principle
Raw compressed air pre-treated by PF coarse filter flows from outside to inside through gradient glass fiber media.
Large condensed water droplets, pipeline rust and coarse dust are trapped by the outer pre-layer and drain downward to the filter bowl via gravity.
1 μm oil aerosols and medium solid particles collide with glass fiber filaments, coalesce into large liquid oil droplets and flow down for drainage.
Medium-clean compressed air flows downstream to AA high-efficiency coalescing filter for deep submicron oil mist removal.
Filter media cannot be cleaned, washed or regenerated; full element replacement is required once saturated by oil sludge and dust contaminants.
