Working Principle
Pre-filtered compressed air processed by DD70+ medium filter flows from outside to inside through gradient glass fiber media.
Remaining large liquid water droplets and coarse dust are trapped by the outer pre-layer and drain downwards to the filter bowl via gravity.
Invisible 0.01 μm ultra-fine oil mist and micro solid particles collide with glass fiber filaments, coalesce into large liquid oil droplets and flow down for drainage.
Ultra-clean compressed air flows downstream to QD70+ activated carbon filter for final oil vapor and odor adsorption.
The filter media cannot be cleaned, washed or regenerated. Full element replacement is required once saturated by oil sludge and dust contaminants.
