Working Principle
Pre-filtered compressed air (processed by AO grade pre-filter) flows from outside to inside through gradient glass fiber media.
Coarse liquid water droplets and large solid dust are trapped by outer pre-layer and drain downwards to filter bowl via gravity.
Invisible 0.01μm ultra-fine oil aerosols collide with glass fiber filaments, coalesce into large liquid oil droplets and flow down for drainage.
Ultra-clean compressed air flows downstream to ACS activated carbon filter for final oil vapor and odor adsorption.
Filter media cannot be cleaned, washed or regenerated; full element replacement is required once saturated by oil sludge and dust contaminants.
