Working Principle

Pre-filtered compressed air flows from outside to inside through gradient glass fiber media.

Residual large liquid water/oil droplets and coarse dust are trapped by outer pre-layer and drain downwards to filter bowl.

1μm oil aerosol and fine solid particles collide with glass fiber media, coalesce into large liquid oil droplets and flow down for drainage.

Medium-clean compressed air flows to H-grade ultra-precision filter for deep purification.

Filter media cannot be cleaned or regenerated; once saturated by oil sludge and dust, full replacement is required.
