Pleated multi‑layer hydrophobic borosilicate glass fiber media

Upgraded deep pleated composite fiber with dedicated outer hydrophobic drainage foam layer. As the primary stage of air purification, it intercepts pipeline rust, scale, coarse dust, bulk liquid condensate and large atomized oil droplets after the water separator. Aggregated liquid oil and water drain downwards by gravity to eliminate secondary mist re‑entrainment into airflow. 

Zero air bypass leakage after installation, excellent resistance to compressor lubricant, condensed water and mild industrial chemical corrosion. Internal epoxy anti‑corrosion coating extends service life under harsh operating conditions.

Low pressure drop energy‑saving pleat design

Optimized uniform deep pleating expands effective filtration area, maintaining ultra‑low initial pressure loss during long‑term continuous operation. It cuts air compressor power consumption and reduces factory overall air supply operating costs, avoiding sharp pressure rise and airflow turbulence after thousands of running hours.
