Multi-layer graded hydrophobic borosilicate glass fiber media

Deep pleated composite microfiber with an external hydrophobic drainage foam layer. After primary filtration by CY11451A, it captures fine pipeline rust, dust, suspended water mist and mid-size atomized oil droplets. Condensed oil and water drain downward by gravity to prevent secondary liquid mist from re-entering the air stream. 

Double 304 stainless steel reinforced fully sealed structure

Inner and outer perforated stainless steel support cages tightly fix filter media to avoid deformation, collapse and air channeling under continuous airflow impact. Integrated glass-reinforced plastic snap-on end caps with integral EPDM gasket eliminate air bypass leakage, with reliable resistance to compressor oil and condensate corrosion.

Low pressure drop energy-saving pleat design

Uniform deep pleating maximizes effective filtration area to sustain ultra-low initial pressure loss during long continuous operation, lowering air compressor power consumption and factory operational costs. Optimized radial inside-out flow channels prevent airflow turbulence and rapid pressure build-up after long running time.
