Front 0.01μm hydrophobic borosilicate microfiber pre-layer intercepts residual micro oil mist and fine solid particles to protect the internal carbon bed. High-density granular activated carbon core fully adsorbs gaseous oil vapor, organic hydrocarbons and unpleasant odors that cannot be eliminated by coalescing filters.
Dual 304 stainless steel reinforced fully sealed cartridge
Inner & outer perforated stainless steel support cages lock composite filter media tightly to avoid deformation and carbon leakage under continuous airflow impact. Integrated black reinforced plastic snap-fit end caps with one-piece EPDM sealing gasket eliminate air bypass leakage entirely, featuring stable corrosion resistance against compressor lubricant and condensed water.
