Inner & outer stainless steel mesh frames lock filter media tightly to prevent deformation, collapse and airflow channeling under continuous medium-high airflow impact. Integrated black reinforced plastic snap-fit end caps with one-piece EPDM sealing gasket eliminate air bypass leakage completely, with outstanding resistance to compressor lubricant, condensate and mild industrial chemical corrosion.

Loose uniform deep pleating maximizes effective filtration area to maintain extremely low initial pressure loss during long-term continuous operation, cutting air compressor power consumption and lowering overall factory air supply operation costs.
