Multi-layer gradient hydrophobic borosilicate glass fiber depth media

Graded deep-pleated composite microfiber with independent outer hydrophobic drainage foam layer. After P & R stage coarse filtration, it efficiently captures fine pipeline dust, rust, water mist and medium-sized oil droplets. Aggregated liquid condensate flows downwards by gravity, completely avoiding secondary mist re-entrainment into airflow. 

Inner and outer perforated stainless steel support cages firmly lock composite filter media to prevent deformation, collapse and airflow channeling under continuous medium-high airflow impact. Integrated black reinforced plastic end caps with one-piece EPDM sealing gasket eliminate air bypass leakage entirely, with outstanding resistance to compressor lubricant, condensate and mild industrial chemical corrosion.

Low pressure drop energy-saving deep pleating design

Uniform dense deep folding maximizes effective filtration area to maintain ultra-low initial pressure loss during long-term continuous operation, reducing air compressor power consumption and lowering factory overall air supply operation costs. Optimized radial inside-to-outside flow channels avoid airflow turbulence and rapid pressure rise after thousands of running hours.
