Upgraded ultra-fine composite microfiber structure with independent outer oleophobic drainage foam layer. After primary A & B stage pre-filtration, it efficiently captures submicron dust, micro water mist and trace atomized oil aerosols. Aggregated oil and liquid water drain downwards by gravity to completely avoid secondary liquid mist re-entrainment into compressed air flow.
Dual internal & external support mesh fully sealed cartridge
Inner and outer perforated stainless steel support sleeves firmly lock filter media, preventing deformation, collapse and airflow channeling under continuous airflow impact. Integrated black reinforced plastic threaded end caps with built-in one-piece EPDM sealing ring eliminate air bypass leakage entirely, with stable corrosion resistance to compressor lubricant and condensed water.
