Multi-layer hydrophobic borosilicate glass fiber depth media
Imported gradient microfiber composite material with independent oleophobic & hydrophobic drainage foam outer layer. It efficiently traps micro oil mist, water aerosols and fine solid dust after primary pre-filtration.
Double 304 stainless steel reinforced fully sealed cartridge
Inner and outer perforated stainless steel support mesh locks filter media tightly to prevent deformation under long-term airflow vibration. Reinforced plastic end caps with integrated EPDM sealing ring eliminate unfiltered air bypass leakage, excellent resistance to compressor oil, water and weak industrial chemical corrosion.
Low pressure drop energy-saving deep pleated design
Uniform deep folding layout maximizes effective filtration area to maintain ultra-low initial pressure loss, effectively reducing continuous power consumption of air compressors and cutting long-term operation costs. Large dirt holding capacity delays clogging and extends service cycle.
