Main Features
High-thickness open-cell hydrophobic foam as core medium, large gap structure for rapid liquid water aggregation. It rapidly separates massive condensed liquid water from compressed air generated by air compressor cooling, eliminates most liquid moisture before subsequent precision filtration, greatly reducing water load of downstream DD/PD/QD filter elements. No fine dust or oil mist interception function.
Double 304 stainless steel reinforced skeleton
Inner and outer perforated stainless steel support cages lock foam medium tightly, prevent foam deformation, shedding and airflow channeling under long-term high flow impact. Green reinforced plastic end caps with dual EPDM sealing rings fully eliminate unfiltered air bypass leakage, resistant to water and compressor oil corrosion.
Ultra-low pressure drop large-flow design
Loose open foam structure minimizes airflow resistance, suitable for large-flow factory centralized air supply pipelines, avoids excessive energy consumption of compressors caused by front-end pressure loss. Large water storage space delays pressure rise and extends service cycle.
