Multi-layer hydrophobic borosilicate glass fiber depth media
Gradient deep-pleated composite filter material with integrated hydrophobic drainage layer. It intercepts pipeline rust, sand dust, solid particles, bulk liquid water and coarse oil droplets in raw compressed air. High dirt holding capacity extends service cycle and reduces replacement frequency.
Double 304 stainless steel reinforced fully sealed cartridge
Inner and outer perforated stainless steel mesh firmly locks filter media to prevent deformation under long-term airflow vibration. Reinforced PP plastic end caps with dual EPDM O-ring sealing structure completely eliminate unfiltered air bypass leakage, resistant to compressor oil, water and weak industrial chemical corrosion.
Low pressure drop energy-saving structure
Uniform deep folding layout maximizes effective filtration area, maintaining ultra-low initial pressure loss during continuous operation, lowering air compressor power consumption and long-term operation costs. Optimized flow channel design avoids air turbulence and pressure loss surge after long-time use.
