Main Features
Multi-layer hydrophobic borosilicate glass fiber depth media
Gradient composite microfiber structure with independent hydrophobic drainage foam layer. It efficiently traps micro oil mist, water aerosols and fine dust particles after primary DD pre-filtration. Condensed liquid flows down quickly by gravity, thoroughly avoiding secondary atomization and re-entrainment into compressed air flow, fully compliant with ISO 12500 test standards.
Double stainless steel reinforced fully sealed cartridge
Inner and outer perforated stainless steel support mesh stabilizes filter media against long-term airflow vibration and deformation. Epoxy sealed reinforced plastic end caps with dual EPDM O-rings eliminate unfiltered air bypass leakage completely, with excellent resistance to oil, water and weak chemical corrosion.
Low pressure drop energy-saving deep pleated design
Uniform deep folding layout maximizes effective filtration area to maintain ultra-low initial pressure loss, effectively reducing continuous power consumption of air compressors and cutting long-term operating costs. Large dirt holding capacity delays clogging and extends service cycle.
