Main Features
Multi-layer composite adsorption medium
Front 0.01μm micro glass fiber coalescing layer intercepts residual oil mist, high-density coal-based activated carbon bed thoroughly adsorbs gaseous oil vapor, hydrocarbon and peculiar odors that cannot be removed by coalescing filters, achieving oil-vapor-free compressed air. Carbon powder isolation layer prevents carbon dust from entering downstream pipelines.
Double stainless steel reinforced structure
Inner and outer 304 perforated stainless steel mesh fixes filter material tightly, avoiding medium deformation and carbon leakage under long-term airflow impact. Reinforced PA plastic end caps with integrated NBR sealing rings fully eliminate bypass air leakage.
Low pressure drop energy-saving design
Layered internal structure maximizes effective airflow area to keep low initial pressure loss, reducing continuous power consumption of air compressors. High adsorption capacity activated carbon extends service cycle and cuts replacement frequency.
Fast plug-in maintenance
Standard cylindrical snap-in cartridge, directly installed into EFST110 series filter housing without professional tools. Disposable element, cannot be cleaned and reused once saturated.
