Graded pleated composite fiber structure with outer hydrophobic foam drainage layer. It efficiently intercepts pipeline rust, dust, solid contaminants and massive liquid condensate. Condensed oil and water drain downward rapidly to avoid secondary water/oil mist re-entrainment into compressed air. High dirt holding capacity extends service cycle.

Integrated snap-lock sealing structure

Custom black rotary snap-fit plastic end caps with integral EPDM rubber gaskets. Zero air bypass leakage after installation. Reinforced internal support frame prevents media collapse and deformation under long-term airflow impact, resistant to compressor lubricant and condensate corrosion.

Low pressure drop energy-saving design

Uniform deep pleating maximizes effective filtration area for ultra-low initial pressure loss. It reduces air compressor power consumption during continuous operation and cuts overall plant air supply costs.
