Main Features

Advanced activated carbon adsorption media

High-performance activated carbon bed plus 0.01μm micro glass fiber pre-filter layer. It eliminates oil vapor, hydrocarbon odor, trace micro oil mist; residual oil vapor in compressed air ≤0.003ppm, far exceeding standard coalescing filters, meeting ultra-high purity air requirements.

Reinforced fully sealed threaded structure

Integrated corrosion-resistant plastic threaded end caps with integrated EPDM sealing gaskets to eliminate bypass air leakage. Internal metal support frame stabilizes filter media against airflow impact. Stable working temperature: 1–80°C, maximum working pressure 16 bar.

Low pressure drop & stable service cycle

Optimized layered composite structure balances adsorption capacity and airflow resistance, low initial differential pressure to cut compressor power consumption. Standard service life 3000–6000 working hours; replace when pressure difference hits 0.05MPa.
