Main Features

Multi-deep pleated design greatly boosts dust holding capacity to trap sand, dust and airborne impurities in harsh construction, mining and farmland environments. The filter paper has waterproof coating to avoid softening and blocking under high humidity.

Rigid anti-deformation sealed structure

Integrated one-piece PU foam end caps with full-surface hot melt sealing, completely prevent unfiltered air bypass leakage. Built-in double-layer metal protective mesh supports filter paper tightly, avoiding deformation and collapse under strong intake airflow. Stable working temperature ranges from -20°C to 80°C.

Low intake resistance & long service cycle

Uniform optimized pleat layout delivers ultra-low initial pressure drop, reducing engine intake load and fuel consumption. Standard service life reaches 2000 working hours; replace the filter when air supply weakens or intake differential pressure rises sharply.
