Multi-layer gradient borosilicate glass fiber captures 0.01μm micro oil mist and fine dust, oil separation efficiency ≥99.99%, residual oil ≤0.01ppm. Built-in hydrophobic drainage layer speeds liquid discharge and avoids re-atomization of oil & water.
Stable durable structure
Inner & outer stainless steel perforated support mesh prevents filter media collapse under long airflow impact. Integrated EPDM rubber gaskets ensure full sealing to stop unfiltered air bypass. Reinforced plastic end caps resist vibration for 24h continuous operation.
Low energy loss & long service life
Low initial pressure drop reduces compressor power consumption. Standard service cycle reaches 2000 running hours; replace when differential pressure rises to 0.05MPa. Max working pressure 16bar, working temperature range 1~80°C.
