High-efficiency imported cellulose filter media

Adopts HV imported wood pulp filter paper with 5–10μm filtration precision, particle filtration efficiency up to 98%. Multi-pleated structure enlarges dust holding capacity to capture outdoor dust, sand and suspended impurities effectively. Moisture-proof and anti-blocking coating avoids paper softening in humid construction environment.

Rigid integrated sealing structure

High-strength polyurethane pink end caps with full perimeter hot melt sealing to prevent unfiltered air bypass leakage. Built-in perforated metal inner support tube prevents filter paper collapse under strong intake airflow impact. Stable working temperature ranges from -20°C to 80°C.

Low intake resistance & stable service cycle

Optimized uniform pleat layout brings low initial pressure drop, reducing engine/compressor intake load and power consumption. Standard service life reaches 2000 working hours; replace the filter when obvious air flow reduction or high intake differential pressure occurs.
