Structural & Material Description

This filter features a compact cylindrical plug-in structure with double outer and inner stainless steel perforated support meshes to prevent media deformation under continuous high airflow.

Outer polyester protective layer: Blocks large dust and bulk liquid droplets carried over from the front pre-filter;

Multi-layer pleated borosilicate glass fiber coalescing medium: Captures tiny 0.01 μm oil mist and 1 μm solid particles, with a large pleated area for high dirt holding capacity;

Built-in hydrophobic drainage layer: Makes condensed oil and water slide down rapidly without re-atomizing into the airflow;

Double-end integrated NBR rubber gaskets: Create an airtight seal with the filter housing to avoid bypass of unfiltered air;

Reinforced PA6 glass fiber polyamide end caps: Resist vibration and cracking for 24-hour nonstop workshop operation.

Working Flow Description

Compressed air first passes through EFST50V to eliminate coarse dust and large water droplets, then flows into the filter housing and travels through EFST50ZN from outside inward. Large solid particles are trapped on the outer polyester layer, while invisible micro oil mist collides with glass fiber layers and condenses into liquid droplets. These liquids flow down along the filter surface by gravity and collect in the drain bowl at the housing bottom. The clean air with ultralow oil residue flows out through the central channel and proceeds to the activated carbon filter for further removal of oil vapor and odors.

Suitable for industries demanding medium to high air purity, including precision electronics assembly, general paint spraying, laser cutting, food processing, textile machinery and pharmaceutical auxiliary gas supply. It serves as a vital protective barrier that greatly extends the service life of the expensive rear-stage activated carbon filter element.
