Structural Design Features
Multi-layer composite structure: Outer polyester dust barrier → glass fiber coalescence layer → activated carbon adsorption core → inner protective mesh
Oil-resistant PU bonded joint, prevents liquid oil from penetrating carbon layer and causing early saturation
Working Principle
Remaining micro oil mist is captured by outer glass fiber layer; oil vapor, volatile hydrocarbon and peculiar smell molecules are fully adsorbed by granular activated carbon bed.
All gaseous oil contaminants are locked inside carbon media, delivering ultra-clean, odor-free compressed air from the central channel.
When carbon adsorption capacity is saturated, pressure drop rises sharply, requiring immediate filter replacement.
