Multi-gradient high-density layered glass fiber media with large oil storage capacity, anti-saturation under long-term continuous medium-heavy loads, stably maintain residual oil ≤3 ppm throughout full service cycle.
Extra tall deeply pleated low-resistance vertical cylinder design, slow differential pressure rise under long full-load continuous operation, effectively reduce power consumption of 75–110kW main unit.
Double-layer thickened galvanized perforated anti-static inner & outer support cages, anti-corrosion and anti-pressure impact; filter media will not deform or collapse under maximum airflow, eliminate static ignition risk of oil mist.
High-temperature nitrile rubber gasket features excellent anti-aging performance, zero leakage under frequent startup/shutdown and large temperature fluctuation, prevent air-oil bypass and excessive oil carry-over faults.
