Product Features

Multi-gradient high-density layered glass fiber media with massive oil storage capacity, anti-saturation under long-term continuous heavy loads, stably maintain residual oil ≤3 ppm throughout full service cycle.

Extra tall deeply pleated low-resistance vertical cylinder design, slow differential pressure rise under long full-load continuous operation, effectively reduce power consumption of 110kW main unit.

Double-layer thickened perforated galvanized anti-static inner & outer support cages, anti-corrosion and anti-pressure impact; filter media will not deform or collapse under maximum airflow, eliminate static ignition risk of oil mist.Non-asbestos composite gasket features excellent high temperature resistance & anti-aging performance, zero leakage under frequent startup/shutdown and temperature fluctuation, prevent air-oil bypass and excessive oil carry-over faults.

Product Description

It adopts high-efficiency gradient glass fiber coalescing separation technology to capture micron-scale lubricating oil aerosol in large-flow compressed air. Separated lubricant flows back to the compressor main unit via central bottom gravity oil return tube for circulation reuse, greatly reduce oil refilling frequency and extend overall machine maintenance interval.

It fully protects downstream large refrigerated dryers, adsorption dryers, heavy-duty precision pneumatic valves and industrial spraying equipment, lower breakdown frequency and maintenance cost of large-scale post-air-treatment purification system.
