Key Product Features
Two-Stage Deep Coalescing Oil Separation
Outer coarse fiber layer intercept large oil droplets for primary gravity sedimentation; inner ultra-fine glass fiber coalesces invisible micro oil mist into recoverable liquid oil, drastically reducing oil carryover into post air pipeline filters, lowering compressor lubricant consumption.
Ultra-Low Initial Pressure Drop & Energy Saving
Large deep-pleated filter area minimizes airflow resistance inside the oil tank. Avoids excessive backpressure that raises motor load, cutting long-term electricity operating cost of the air compressor host.
High Oil & Sludge Holding Capacity
Thick gradient fiber matrix stores massive coalesced lubricant oil and metal wear sludge, extending maintenance intervals and reducing frequent machine shutdown replacement.
Rigid Anti-Deformation Metal Reinforcement
Dual galvanized steel mesh cages resist violent turbulent airflow inside the oil tank, preventing media bulging, collapse and fiber shedding to avoid secondary contamination of post-processing filters and terminal equipment.
Working Principle
Air-oil mixed aerosol discharged from compressor rotor flows into separator core from outer mesh. Large oil droplets are blocked and fall back to oil sump directly; invisible submicron oil mist penetrates multi-layer glass fiber media, collides and aggregates into large liquid oil beads. Collected oil flows down through built-in central siphon tube and returns to compressor oil tank by gravity. Dry low-oil compressed air flows out from central pipe to pipeline pre-filter system.
Application & Industries
Built-in primary oil separation component for medium-flow oil-injected screw air compressors.
