Key Product Features
High-Efficiency Two-Stage Oil Mist Separation
Dual-layer glass fiber composite captures tiny oil aerosols generated by screw rotor compression. Recovers lubricant oil back to the oil tank via return pipe, greatly reducing oil consumption and guaranteeing clean compressed air output.
Low Initial Differential Pressure & Energy Saving
Large deep-pleated filter area optimizes internal airflow channels to minimize pressure loss. Avoids extra compressor power consumption caused by clogged separator, lowering long-term operation cost.
Strong Oil Holding & Anti-Saturation Capacity
Thick gradient glass fiber matrix stores massive coalesced lubricant oil, extending service cycle and reducing frequent maintenance downtime. Resists high-temperature compressor oil aging & resin blocking.
High-Temperature & Anti-Corrosion Reinforcement Structure
Galvanized metal cage and high-temperature composite flange gasket withstand continuous high-temperature oil & gas environment, preventing media deformation, rupture and fiber shedding to avoid pipeline secondary oil contamination.
Working Principle
Mixed air-oil gas discharged from screw rotor flows radially from outside to inside through the separator filter media. Submicron oil mist collides and agglomerates into large liquid oil droplets on glass fiber surface. Gravity pulls oil down to the separator bottom, then flows back to compressor oil tank through oil return tube; oil-free dry compressed air flows out to post-processing pipeline.
Application & Industries
Core wearing spare part for oil-injected screw air compressors, installed inside compressor oil-gas separation tank.
Widely used in automotive manufacturing, packaging printing, textile factories, spray coating workshops, food processing, laser cutting and centralized factory compressed air stations.
