Working Principle
Oil-air mixed aerosol discharged from the compressor rotor first passes through the outer 755 coarse separator core, where large oil droplets fall back to the oil sump directly. Remaining micron-sized oil mist penetrates the multi-layer glass fiber medium of 756. Tiny oil droplets continuously collide and aggregate into liquid oil beads, which flow down the inner wall of the cartridge by gravity and return to the compressor oil tank via the built-in bottom oil return siphon tube. De-oiled clean compressed air flows out through the central pipe to refrigerated dryers and precision filtration pipelines.
