Working Principle
High-temperature high-pressure oil-gas mixture discharged from screw airend first passes through outer core 250034-121. Large oil droplets and solid sludge are trapped on the outer glass fiber layer; residual tiny oil mist enters inner core 250034-133 for secondary fine coalescence. Submicron oil mist particles collide and aggregate into large liquid oil droplets on fiber surface. Oil sinks to separator bottom by gravity and flows back to compressor lubricant tank via central return pipe; low-oil clean compressed air flows out to refrigerated dryer and pipeline precision filter system.
