High-efficiency Air-Oil Coalescing Separation
Gradient layered glass fiber fully captures tiny oil mist mixed in high-temperature oil-gas mixture. Micro oil droplets collide and polymerize into large liquid oil, which flows back to the oil tank by gravity through built-in oil return pipe. It effectively reduces oil carryover, cuts lubricant consumption, and prevents oil contamination of downstream pipeline, dryer and terminal pneumatic equipment.

Working Principle
High-temperature oil-gas mixture discharged from screw airend enters the separator tank and flows through the outer layer of oil separator core. Large oil droplets are separated by gravity at first; residual 0.1μm micro oil mist is intercepted and coalesced by gradient glass fiber media, aggregated into heavy liquid oil that drips back to the oil tank for circulating lubrication. Clean low-oil compressed air flows out from central channel to post-processing purification pipeline.
