Working Principle
High-temperature high-pressure oil-gas mixture discharged from screw airend penetrates glass fiber medium from outside to inside of separator core. Submicron oil mist particles collide and aggregate into large liquid oil droplets on fiber surface. Oil sinks to separator bottom by gravity and flows back to compressor lubricant tank via central return pipe; low-oil clean compressed air flows out to refrigerated dryer and pipeline precision filter system.
