Standard Replacement Cycle

Clean indoor workshop with stable continuous load: 3,500–6,000 operating hours or 12 months 

Dusty workshop, frequent start-stop & heavy intermittent load: Max 3,500 hours

Mandatory Replacement Criteria

Replace immediately when separator differential pressure ≥0.08 MPa, or obvious excessive oil consumption, oily fog and liquid oil droplets appear at terminal compressed air pipelines

Initial pressure drop of brand-new separator: ≤0.02 MPa

Blockage alarm differential pressure: ≥0.08 MPa

Coalesced liquid lubricant rapidly drains back to the compressor oil sump via dedicated central vertical tube, effectively reducing unit oil consumption and cutting frequent oil refilling and operation costs.

Double-layer metal mesh anti-collapse protection structure

Internal and external perforated galvanized steel support mesh prevents fiber media deformation under long-term high negative airflow pressure, maintains stable separation efficiency throughout the full service cycle and extends service life.

Integrated one-piece thickened NBR threaded sealing ring

Heat-resistant NBR rubber gasket fully bonded to the thickened threaded base, eliminates oil leakage at threaded joints under high temperature and high pressure, reduces unplanned maintenance downtime.

Working Principle

High-temperature oil-air mixed gas discharged from screw rotors enters the separator canister from outside to inside.

Large liquid oil droplets sink to the bottom of the metal canister for primary gravity separation.

Ultra-fine 0.1 μm oil aerosols collide with multi-layer gradient glass fiber media, coalesce into large liquid oil droplets and flow down along the media surface to the central oil return tube.

Clean compressed air free of oil mist flows out from the top of the separator to post-treatment refrigerated dryers and precision pipeline filters; recovered lubricant flows back to the compressor oil sump for cyclic reuse.

The filter media cannot be cleaned, washed or regenerated. Full whole-canister replacement is mandatory once saturated by carbon sludge and oil contaminants.
